Strong night in St. Louis, MO in the final Triple Crown.

(Madera, CA, April 10th, 2022) – Twisted Tea/H.E.P. Suzuki presented by Progressive Insurance capped off the final triple crown of the 2022 monster Energy AMA Supercross series this past Saturday in St. Louis, MO. Brandon Hartranft led the way for the team with 8th overall in the 450-premiere class. He rode very consistent going 9-8-9 in three main events. Justin Bogle was right behind him with 10th overall. He ended the night strong with two top ten main event finishes. After missing 5 rounds with a neck injury, the team was happy to have Adam Enticknap back racing. He rode very well in his first race back with the team finishing 19th overall.

Brandon Hartranft #41:  Very strong and consistent race for the young 450 premiere class rider. He looked very good during all three main events. Even when Brandon struggled off the start in the second main event, he was able to battle his way back into the top ten in a short amount of time. His best race came in the final main event, coming around the corner in 2nd place Brandon put himself up front, he looked very comfortable, settling into a groove and finishing in 9th place. Hartranft went 9-8-9 in three main events for 8th overall.

“Solid ride in St. Louis,” said Brandon Hartranft. “I had a good start to the first main, rode well finishing in 9th. I didn’t get the best start to the second main event, but I battelled my way back up to 8th. I had my best race in the final main event. Came around the first corner 2nd which was nice. I had a lot of positives to night. I got 8th overall tonight my best 450 supercross result. I am going to keep working hard and well see what happens next weekend.”  

Justin Bogle #19:  Strong effort in St. Louis for Justin. The round started out rough for Bogle in the first main event, crashing two different times ultimately resulting in a 17th place finish. In the next two main events, Justin rode great with two solid starts, he ran in the top ten both motos. He finished out the triple crown going 17-9-8 for 10th overall.

“Making a lot of progress,” said Justin Bogle, “We did a lot of testing and lots of work these past couple weeks. Qualifying went better for me. It was a rough first main event I crashed a couple times it was rough. The second one was better. The last main was good, something to build on. Just going to try and keep improving working during the week getting myself and the bike better. I am happy with the direction we are headed in.”

Adam Enticknap #722: After missing 5 rounds from a neck injury, the fan favorite “Seven-Deuce -Deuce” was back racing. Adam got comfortable as the day when on. Qualifying 20th overall, he was just shy of the top 18. In the LCQ, Adam got a strong start and locked down third place for a transfer position. In the main event, Enticknap rode very consistent. He finished 19th overall going 18-17-17 in three main events.

“Pretty stoked to be coming back to the races, said Adam Enticknap. “Coming back from a fractured neck. I got cleared last Friday for the races and had a week to prepare for. I ended up qualifying 20th so I had to go race the LCQ in the LCQ I got third which was awesome. In the night show I had three solid main events which I am happy about. Looking forward to having a good week and putting a better foot forward in Atlanta.”

“Great racing in St. Louis tonight,” said Team Manager Dustin Pipes. “All three riders had solid, consistent main events with the exception of Justin falling twice in the first main event. I liked the way he rebounded for two top ten finishes. The dirt was great, our bikes looked planted, and the fan support was awesome. Looking forward to finishing out the season strong over the next month.”

The 2022 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series heads to Atlanta, Georgia for its second time at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. The 14th round of the series will be live on NBC & Peacock TV with qualifying starting at 9:00AM EST and the first gate drop at 3:00PM EST.
